The older scouts and some of our explorer scout young leaders (ESYL) joined our Expedition Camp at Whitely Wood. The ESYLs did two days hiking across the Peak National Park with their expedition rucksacks and were joined on the second day with two teams of scouts looking to achieve their Scout Expedition Challenge Badge.
The scouts also had a day of training for their hike which involved developing skills in navigation and emergency aid.
